  • The background suppression reflective sensor works with red light based on the angle measurement principle and is suitable for detecting objects against any background. The sensor always has the same switching distance regardless of the colors, shapes, and surfaces of the objects. With the sensor, minimal height differences can be detected and, for example, different components can be reliably distinguished from one another. The IO-Link interface can be used to set the reflective sensor (PNP/NPN, NO/NC) and to output the switching states.
